⭕️ Contest Details ⭕️

  • The winner must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card. 
  • This is a 2 bedroom cottage without a private outdoor spa.
  • The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children.
  • Not valid during the Victoria Day long weekend (May 20-23, 2022).
  • Does not apply to any other offer. 

RESERVATION POLICY

  • By reserving at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our 2024 reservation conditions. You also agree to respect them.
  • A deposit of $200 taxes included is taken to confirm the reservation. The $200 deposit is non-refundable.
  • The balance of the total amount with taxes is payable at the end of the stay. We use the same credit card as for the deposit. We only make one transaction.
  • The site and the chalets are only available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
  • The chalets are entirely non-smoking.
  • Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. except Friday (7 p.m.).
  • Minimum of 2 nights: June 20 to September 2.
    However, 3 nights are required during the following periods: Victoria Day, Saint-Jean Batiste, Canada Day, Construction Holidays, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our 2024 cancellation conditions. You also agree to respect them.
  • Weather is not considered a reason for cancellation or modification.
  • Under no circumstances is the $200 deposit refunded.
  • If you are unable to honor your reservation, 15 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, you can postpone your stay until later (before October 31, 2024). The $200 deposit will be reapplied to the next reservation. The return includes the same number of nights for the same type of chalet. This option is only applicable once.
  • If you are unable to honor your reservation, 14 days or less from the scheduled arrival date, the total amount with taxes of the reservation is lost.
  • During the stay, no cancellations and/or modifications to your stay are reimbursed.
  • Missing customer on the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay is lost and billed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our 2024 booking conditions.
  • No cash is accepted to pay the balance of the reservation. You must pay by VISA or MASTERCARD.
  • The campsite is only accessible at 1 p.m. and must be vacated by NOON.
  • Arrivals are until 6 p.m. except Friday (7 p.m.). Independent arrivals are possible.
  • Minimum of 3 nights: Victoria Day, Saint-Jean Batiste, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.
  • Minimum 2 nights: July 21 to August 2 inclusive.
  • Tents are not allowed and we do not have a toilet block.
  • A deposit of $50 taxes included is taken to confirm the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The balance of the total amount with taxes is payable upon stay. We use the same credit card as for the deposit. We only make one transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our 2024 cancellation conditions.
  • Weather is not considered a reason for cancellation or modification of stay.
  • Under no circumstances is the $50 deposit refunded.
  • If you are unable to honor your reservation, 6 days before the scheduled arrival date, it is possible to postpone your stay until later (before October 15, 2024). The $50 deposit will be reapplied to the next reservation. The recovery includes the same number of nights. This option is applicable only once.
  • If you are unable to honor your reservation, 5 days or less from the scheduled arrival date, the total amount with reservation taxes is lost.
  • During the stay, no cancellations and/or modifications to your stay are refunded.
  • Missing customer on the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay is lost and billed.

  • Chalet arrival: 4 p.m.
  • RV arrival: 1 p.m.
  • Chalet departure: 11 a.m.
  • RV departure: 12 noon
  • Chalet: A maximum of 2 animals per chalet are accepted ($40/animal for the stay).
  • RV: A maximum of 2 animals per lot are accepted (no charge).

Note: They must be kept on a leash and droppings must be picked up. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.

Drinking water is available on the campsite.

The Bromont rail line is now operational.
