- The winner must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card.
- This is a 2 bedroom cottage without a private outdoor spa.
- The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children.
- Not valid during the Victoria Day long weekend (May 20-23, 2022).
- Does not apply to any other offer.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read and understood our 2023-2024 booking conditions. You also agree to respect them.
- 3-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING HOLIDAY SEASON AND SCHOOL BREAKS (QC, MTL AND ON).
- A $200 deposit, taxes included, is required to confirm a reservation. The $200 deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance of the total amount with taxes is payable once on site. Payment methods accepted are VISA or MASTERCARD. We only make one transaction.
- The site and chalets are only available from 4pm and must be vacated by 11am.
- Arrivals are between 4pm and 6pm. Late arrivals are possible. Contact us to find out how.
- If you’ve rented a chalet with a spa: before your arrival, our team may have had to change the spa water for sanitary reasons. In such a situation, the spa will reach optimum temperature in the early evening.
- Chalets are non-smoking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our cancellation policy 2023-2024. You also agree to respect them.
- Weather is not considered a reason for cancellation or modification.
- Under no circumstances will the $200 deposit be refunded.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you may postpone your stay until a later date (before March 31, 2024). The $200 deposit will be reapplied to the next reservation. The trade-in includes the same number of nights for the same type of chalet. This option is applicable only once.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of the reservation, including taxes, will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations and/or changes during the stay.
- Customer missing on the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay is lost and billed.

- No cash will be accepted to pay the balance of the reservation. Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD.
- The balance of the total amount including taxes is payable on arrival. We use the same credit card as for the deposit. We only make one transaction.
- A $50 deposit, taxes included, is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
- The campground is accessible only at 1 p.m. and must be vacated by noon.
- Arrivals are possible until 6pm, except on Fridays (7pm).
- Minimum of 3 nights: Labor Day, Thanksgiving.
- Tents are not allowed and we have no sanitary facilities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our 2023 cancellation policy.
- Weather is not considered a reason for cancelling or modifying a stay.
- Under no circumstances will the $50 deposit be refunded.
- Cancellation is possible up to 6 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable. No additional fees are charged. The $50 deposit is reapplied to a future reservation. Please note: The stay will be resumed during the 2023 season, with the same number of nights. This option is applicable only once.
- Cancellations are not accepted within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date. The total amount of the reservation is lost.
- After 5 days from the scheduled arrival date, it is not possible to downgrade your stay. The initial reservation is retained and invoiced.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations and/or changes during the stay.
- Customer missing on the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay is lost and billed.

- Chalet: A maximum of 2 animals per chalet are accepted ($40/animal for the stay).
- RV: A maximum of 2 animals per lot are accepted (no charge).
Note: They must be kept on a leash and droppings must be picked up. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.
Drinking water is available on the campsite.
