RESERVATION POLICY

By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read and understood our 2026 booking conditions. You also agree to respect them.

A $200 deposit, taxes included, is required to confirm a reservation. The $200 deposit is non-refundable.

The balance of the total amount including taxes is payable on site. We use the same credit card as for the deposit. We only make one transaction.

The site and cottages are only available from 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am.

All cottages are non-smoking.

Electric vehicles may not be charged at the chalet.
- During your stay, you are responsible for the chalet in your care. Our cottages are carefully inspected and maintained between rentals to ensure a quality experience for all our guests. Any breakage or damage attributable to your stay will be billed to you (plus taxes).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our cancellation policy 2026. You also agree to respect them.
- Weather is not considered a reason for cancellation or modification.
- Under no circumstances will the $200 deposit be refunded.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you may postpone your stay to a later date (before March 31, 2026 for winter stays and before October 31, 2026 for summer stays). The $200 deposit will be reapplied to the next reservation. The trade-in includes the same number of nights for the same type of chalet. This option is applicable only once.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of the reservation, including taxes, will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations and/or changes during the stay.
- Customer missing on the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay is lost and billed.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- By making a reservation at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our 2026 reservation conditions. You also agree to abide by them.
- No cash will be accepted to pay the balance of the reservation. Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD.
- The campground is accessible only at 1 p.m. and must be vacated by noon.
- Tents are not allowed and we have no sanitary facilities.
- A $50 deposit, taxes included, is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- By booking at Domaine Yamaska, you confirm that you have read our cancellation policy 2026. You also agree to respect them.
- Weather is not considered a reason for cancelling or modifying a stay.
- Under no circumstances will the $50 deposit be refunded.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation within 6 days of your scheduled arrival date, it is possible to postpone your stay until a later date (before October 13, 2026). The $50 deposit will be reapplied to the next reservation. The restart involves the same number of nights. This option is applicable only once.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date, the total amount including reservation taxes will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations and/or changes during the stay.
- Customer missing on the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay is lost and billed.
- Chalet arrival: 4 p.m.
- RV arrival: 1 p.m.
- Chalet departure: 11 a.m.
- RV departure: 12 noon
- Chalet : A maximum of 2 pets per chalet are allowed ($45.99/ pet per stay).
- RV: A maximum of 2 animals per lot are accepted (no charge).
Note: They must be kept on a leash and droppings must be picked up. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.
Drinking water is available on the campsite.
